We forged by hand a Nakiri knife collection with Damascus steel consisting of 67 layers. Our Nakiri collection is suitable for cutting vegetables in the kitchen.

Our Japanese Nakiri made with sharp Damascus steel and they are one of the most famous and widely used blades in the kitchen arsenal. Our Nakiri collection of knives is designed with a 50/50 balance, excelling at effortlessly slicing tough vegetables like pumpkins, and ton of  potatoes. Their straight blades make them ideal for precision techniques such as julienning, and allumette cuts.
