Return or Exchange For Customized and Engraved Knives

We do not accept returns or change of the mind for customized knives as it was customize according to your requirement with your name on it we can’t give it to any other customers.

Please be aware of the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Custom orders, engraved or personalized items
  • Wholesale orders and Final Sale items

 

To ensure a smooth process, please return the item in its original packaging and in brand new, unopened condition. You can reuse the original shipping box and packaging materials for safe return shipping. For domestic (USA) orders, we provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 2 business days to the original payment method. Please note that the refund may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Order? Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately of any issues. For damaged items, contact us within 3 days of delivery to advance a replacement. Or get full refund.

Order Cancellations: Due to our quick order processing, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order is placed. However, you can always return the item for a refund.
