Jun Knives Return Policy

At Jun Knives, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Returns: We accept returns for defective products only. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at knivesjun@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the defect
  • Photos of the defective product (if applicable)

Once we’ve reviewed your return request, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective.

Exchanges: We are happy to offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to provide details of the original order, along with the reason for the exchange.

If an exchange is authorized, we will guide you through the process. Any difference in price will be applied to your new order, and the customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that are used or damaged by the customer after receipt
  • Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion (unless defective)
